Does anybody else have PVC (premature ventricular contractrion)?
My doc suggested that I cut back on caffeine which I have done. Doesn't help THAT much. And I do take beta blockers which is also suggested.

Anybody have good suggestions? I'd love to know them.

1. I get them occasionally as well...
No medicine, but cutting down on caffeine, and exercising seems to help.

2. Good to hear. I cut down a lot of caffeine and I already work out
4 times a week. Since I am already taking beta blockers you'd think the contractions would go away completely, but not really...

Please do not solicit medical advice at Democratic Underground. You never know which helpful anonymous poster wants to create human animal hybrids by bonding your DNA with that of a Hyena, or by harvesting your organs for sale on Mars.
