:woohoo:

Per day, obviously... two 25lb weights. They don't feel so heavy anymore. AND I've learned how to do it without aggrevating my degenerated spinal column.

I can do this.

I'm my own ABC After School Special, :woohoo:

2. I shall attempt to do so.
Pick up the weights. Hold them with the weighted ends up and down. Like a large letter I (roman numeral 1, that is - I wish I could use serif fonts here... :D ).

Now do forward circular motions; the weights going up and down - rather like using your legs on a bicycle except this is your arms doing a similar motion.

It's great for the biceps and triceps. And if I bend over a tad backwards I can feel it in my traps.

But I've to do it gently and very slowly.

But it works.

4. Good Job!
I'd never even thought of that!

Since the snow melted I've been walking four miles a day, but nothing for the upper body--I can hardly wait to start paddling in a big way again. It should happen soon (like maybe this nect week :D)

I'm visualizing that exercise and I'm pretty sure I'd have noodle arms after about one set of those.

Keep it up and you'll be the next flvegan in no time!

6. I have no idea what that means, but it sounds disgustingly healthy
Walking a lot is quite enough for me.

Good for you in achieving it, and I hope it does you some benefit. Keep at it !!!
