There are things I wanted to get done in the last 3 days, and they're all shot to shit now. Not to mention that stomach sicknesses are the worst... most other things, I will suffer through and get stuff done, but stomach flu doesn't give you much choice in the matter. Self, meet couch and TV. End of story. BAH!

2. Augh! I had the stomach flu this weekend, too!

It DOES totally suck, and for the specific reason you noted; you can't get anything done. I was going to write a paper Saturday night. That didn't happen. We have caucuses on Tuesday night, but it's my son's birthday, and the stupid paper I didn't get to write is due the next day. It's going to be a wretched week.

I hate the stomach flu. I hope you're feeling better SOON. There's just not much you can do to cope with that one!
