My cat is Stoned. Seriously.

He discovered this little baggie of catnip that we bought some time ago, hoping these new young cats would be interested in it. AT the time, they were not.

Well lately he has been jumping up to the spot where I keep it, and sniffing around and mewing. So I gave him some..well he had his face down in the bag as soon as I opened it. Did this a couple of times this week, plus I filled up the old catnip mouse for him.

This morning I found the bag on the kitchen floor with the catnip spilled out of it. Zilla ( the thief) is snoozing away on the couch over here by me but when I get near him, he gets all lovey,snuggly and "you want to rub my tummy NOW" on me, like a big ole bear hug. Silly boy. I have a catnip junkie!

11. This is how it starts!

Catnip is a gateway drug, I'm telling you. Today its laying around demanding attention, tomorrow he'll be out roughing up tom-cats for a quick fix, the next thing you know he's all strung out, climbing the drapes when you don't have any catnip, eating three times the normal dosage of de-wormer hoping to get high.

This is why we have drug laws people.

He's out thuggin and then gets all whacked out and wakes up someplace he can't get home from. I'm tellin you, you've got a little 'kitty playa' on your hands. I suggest you get him treatment.
