The Prez's seal is being changed to that of a condom.
This was in a newscast that everyone missed earlier today.
The reason why it's being changed to a condom is because it more accurately reflects the Bush presidency.
A condom allows for inflation, it halts production, and it destroys the next generation. It protects a bunch of pricks and gives everyone a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.
