How the old world peoples came to eat potatoes and stuff.

Upon arriving in the New World they were surprised to meet peoples already living there. They were strange looking peoples with strange looking foods and stuff.

On first meeting the head man of the New World peoples the Spanish guy was offered what was to become known as a peace pipe. The Spanish guy was shown how to use the peace pipe. And he did.

Sucking in deeply of the pipe smoke he emitted a choking sound followed by harsh coughing. "Cough cough hurrrrruuuu." Gasping for breath he say; "Man that is some good shit."

Columbian Gold was discovered.

Following which the Spanish guy would eat anything.

Potato, corn, squash, tomato, tabasco, pumpkin and so on. He ate real slow.
