I don't know which of us you PMd other than to say it wasn't me. But Admin doesn't respond to every e-mail ASAP. They have lots of other concerns that take precedence. If you PMd a mod and they didn't reply there could be any number of reasons including -

We aren't chained to our computers and forums (some of us have families that like to see us too).

We are busy dealing with a flame war or some other problem that requires immediate attention.

You worded your PM like a jerk and we didn't want to dignify it with an answer. (you would be surprised how many times this happens).

This is not to suggest that any of these reasons are behind our apparent inattentivness, but hey, it's a good place to start.
