1. Got any sherry and mushrooms in the house?
Just cook the strips in some butter, remove, put more butter in the pan and some sherry..reduce, add mushrooms and maybe some onion...put chicken back in and serve over rice.

12. Are they the Tysons frozen chicken strips in the pink bag?
I am sort of kind of a food snob, but you know what? These things are GREAT for a quick dinner. I use them several ways....

I defrost them and saute them in a little butter and garlic and throw them on romaine lettuce and voila...a chicken caesar salad.

Another way I use them is to saute them in butter and add a little bit of cumin and chili powder, toss in some sliced onion and green pepper, and garlic, and finish it off with some sprinkles of lime juice...roll them up in soft tortilla shells and you've got fajitas.

13. Hungarian style
Slice a large onion, saute in pan with butter, sprinkle about 2T of Hungarian paprika while cooking. Remove from pan then add chicken strips. When those are lightly browned and cooked through, return onions to pan and add sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lightly buttered noodles.

For a party dish, mix noodles and meat mixture together. Garnish with parsley.
