"GODAMMIT, I WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN"

I finaly lost my temper today, and swore at a phone-robot..

My husband has been out of his medicine since SUNDAY, and I have called the "mail order pharmacy" that we HAVE to use for maintenance meds. The oder was received by them on Jan 28th. He has still not recived them

I called on Monday and was told that one of the scrips was wrong and they had faxed the doctor.. I called the doctor's office.. they never got a fax.. I called back to the pharmacy and they then told me that part of the order had shipped on 2/3..

Tuesday..no meds..Called back and was told that the order had been corrected and was shipped on 2/5..

Wednesday no meds, so my husband had to go to the doctor's office and get a new prescription to TAKE to a local pharmancy and pay out of pocket..and then try to fight it out with the insurance company for reimbursement..

The drug store told him it would be $280.00, but they could NOT even fill it because the computer said the other order had SHIPPED 1/30 from Prescriptions Solutions..

I called Prescriptiopn solutions to ask why all the different dates, and just WHEN he would get his meds.. After listening to the phone robot tell me to press this and press that, I LOST IT and cussed her out on tape.

Finally got a human, and wouldn't you know it? The phone battery died..

So the med-saga will continue tomorrow..
