I don't know what they were thinking keeping him and that awful jumpsuit! He had
the chance to make anything and he chose that? In GRAY? Ugh :puke:

Sorry to see Nick go. I really like his personality. I did see a dress he designed
for somebody on Desperate Housewives for the SAG awards. I thought it was very pretty.
So maybe we will see more of him later on!

I am just so. over. him. Also, not really getting the whole deal with Daniel only being "saved" by having won immunity last week. I mean, it wasn't a great effort, but come on -- worse than Santino's butt-ugly, falling-apart, unflattering monstrosity? I don't think so.

I told her last night the only reason why Santino is still around is because he's such an asshole, and asshole=ratings in reality TV.

i've never been so addicted to a television show as this one --

i loooove daniel v and just about anything he does.

chloe is great too.

santino should have gone and nick stayed.

in some ways the group is not as strong as the first season's finishers -- which i find interesting.

jay from last season has a special comming up this month -- the 22 i think.
i loooove jay -- and he is such a bitch!

6. I said a while back they won't let Santino go.

For the same reason they didn't let Wendy Pepper go last season. Their obnoxious personality adds to the show.

with some great outfits -- her banana republic outfit was off the hook.

besides barbie -- what has santino created that you could wear?
it't not even like it's lacroix couture or alexander macqueen -- two pretty experimental guys for example.

12. Santino,

is leaning more towards Galliano. Very edgy, dramatic, and idealistic. (By the way, Galliano for Dior SS2006 haute couture line is absolutely remarkable.) :)

However, I don't think the purpose of Project Runway is to highlight haute couture fashion. The vast television audience would never understand it.

i thought i was the only one here - seriously.

btw -- i love galliano.

i've thought a little better of santino since i posted what i did.

while i certainly don't think he has a hidden galliano in him -- he is talented.

but it's frustrating to see him go so far afield from what's called for in each competition.
i.e. i thought michael kors was off recommending santino's out fit for nicky h. over say nick's outfit.

no, we here in america really don't do haute couture -- that really a european art.
and pretty unique to them.

14. jay is great!

the fact that he won last season gives me hope that they will get it right this season too. he was definitely the most talented designer of the first season and even tho he did not win any of the lead-up to fashion week competitions, he won the grand prize.

i'm looking forward to his special too!

when he made the awful mess of an ice skating costume.

That thing was just awful.

I have a feeling the top 3 are going to be Daniel, Santino, and Chloe.

Nick was my fave . I should have known , through the power of reality TV its always the one who should be out that stays on there for the ratings . I think Santino is vulgar - I don't like his attitude or his dresses . He should have been out weeks ago - but oh well . Damn I wonder what Tim Gunn thinks .

Santino went from being one of my favorites to being my least favorite.

And frankly, I don't know what the big deal is that you can't make a pair of men's pants w/o pockets. They do it to women all the time. :eyes:

21. that thing he made for Kara was so hideous

why the fuck is he still on the show. that was the worst elimination. i wanted to see Nick at least in the top 3. it was really sad to see him go. i don't think his suit for Daniel was all that bad. maybe the pants should have had pockets or the jacket a button. but it looked really good on Daniel and something i can see him wearing without thinking it looked weird or odd.

the thing Kara had to wear was so fucking ugly. even if it wasn't coming apart. and that ugly ass skating thing he made some time ago.
