My beer blowed up

Never used this yeast before. Thats some active fermentation.

4. This is primary fermentation
Priming won't happen until I bottle.
considering it was blowing off so much I doubt if anything bad got in it. Hopefully it's not infected.

It copies Dogfish Head brewery's 120minute India Pale Ale 18% alcohol with lots and lots of hops.

11. looks like you need acid carboys (6 1/2 gallon)
for my primary fermentation and rack into the fivers for the secondary fermentation. Heck, you can even ferment in a beer keg (15 gal) then racked into the carboys. I modify beer kegs by cutting off the slip ring groove at the top and use a number eleven bung (same size as a wine barrel). Just an idea. ;)
