How awful. :cry: I haven't been outside of the lounge or had the TV on, so this is the first I've heard this. Those poor families :(

9. They were told at first that 12 survived. Then

a few hours later they were told that really only 1 survived. It was sad to see the rejoicing in the streets full of happiness only to have that crushed with the news of their deaths. It was some miscommunication. :cry:

I heard it sort of unfold "live" last night on AAR and BBC news, and BBC was acting as if they had been seen and were being examined by doctors and stuff. Total fantasy reporting...

Really about the worst way this could have ended. Heads will surely roll...

11. I hate to criticize anyone b/c I know

how hard they worked on trying to save them, but then again, how could they have given that false hope? How could that have been miscommunicated? I don't know what to think. I just know how devastated the families must be.
