Is it me or does Dean need to loosen up...

Just look at the man. He seems so uptight all the time. He seems all riled-up. Now if he took some pointers from the smooth and cool Rev. Al, then he would gain some serious style points

1. Rev. Al
does have style. Dean does appear stiff, but I think it is something physical that maybe he can't change--always looks as if his neck is hurting or stiff. Perhaps something to do with his bad back?

5. His back condition actually is a reason sometimes he looks kind of stiff.

4. Hey, he made a joke last night....
When Kerry was attacking him...something about him wanting to stop the growth of the debate....

I dunno, it wasn't exactly "funny" funny, but it was lighthearted.

12. yeah I remember watching that
And automatically in my stand-up comic mind I was thinking of a retort Dean could use.

He said "I'd like to stop the growth of his debate."

when he should have said:

"I'd like to stop the growth of your breath right now." (he would have had to wave his hand in front of his nose too, to complete the effect)

I guess Dean just isn't quick on his feet.

7. He's INtense - no doubt about it
... but what's happened to this country in the last 3 years ain't no joke. If he was all smarmy/mooshy like Lieberman, I'd be worried.

8. Wow, another shallow argument
What next, making fun of Al Gores suit? Oh wait, that was 2000. Always something.

9. Such thoughtful political commentary
You know why Sharpton looks relaxed? Because he knows he has no chance of winning this thing. There, I said it.

Sounds like a good way to let GDub and his boys walk all over us. Take it to 'em Deano!
