If you have family and SOs nearby, enjoy them to the fullest. Let them know how much they mean to you.

If you are alone, be kind to yourself. Do something that you would really enjoy, just for the pleasure of it. I've spent some of the darkest times of my life alone, and I know how it feels. So just know that you aren't alone in that.
