What's the most deliciously evil laugh you've heard in a movie?
I can think of two genre films:

"Batman"--Jack Nicholson goes wonko after seeing his deformed visage in the mirror.

"Revenge of the Sith"--Ian McDiarmid's Palpatine has a grand time hurling Senate platforms at Yoda.
