Poll question: It's icy and I've got a rental car. Should I drive to the office?
Edited on Thu Dec-15-05 10:28 AM by supernova
I had to put my van in the shop for a couple of days and in the meantime I have a rental car. It's about 34 degress here right now. It's probably not icy where my office is, but bridges and overpasses have frozen over.

Should I drive into the office or should I just stay home. I do have the capability to telecommute, which I'm doing right now.

1. did you get the insurance?
If so - GO WITH RECKLESS ABANDON!

Actually, if it were icy 30 miles east of you, I would not be in the office today.

2. Hey, Bob!
:hi:

I got partial insurance, basically takes care of the car if I get in a wreck but not the people damage. I have my regular insurance for that.

It's clinging to the grass and trees here, and the car. But the road seems to be OK.

6. I don't think you would have a problem getting in.
But, if you don't want to go in, just tell them that your road is icy looking.

:D
