When banks retract overdraft fees, do they show the credit to the acct?

I saw the overdraft fee put in, but they reversed it when I stopped at the bank.

I looked at my account and it doesn't show the correction; but that doesn't necessarily mean the change wasn't made...

Having been in a state of 'depression', I had been ignoring my account; so I don't know my previous balance :dunce:. Dunno what clicked but the depression is over and I looked to see if changes were made.

I find with my bank though, that any activity done late on Friday or over the weekend doesn't show up online until late Monday or even Tuesday morning.
