Who else likes mulled wine on a frosty night?

I love the stuff. Cider is good too, but it's Friday night, It's gonna drop down into the single digits tonight and I have a fire going so what the hell?

It's been a while since I have enjoyed that treat but we had an unseasonably cold winter a few years back and I was mostly in pain awaiting back surgery and mulled wine was one of my comfort drinks...alcohol can be a VERY good muscle relaxer when you are in severe pain.

Thanks for the reminder...I have all the spices in the cupboard...maybe I'll whip some up this weekend...stay warm buddy :hi:

I adore mulled wine! We buy a big jug of cheap burgundy and heat it up on low in the crock pot with mulling spices and serve it in plastic cups.
