to 4C Ice Tea Mix--sugar free (sweetened with Splenda) "Totally Light", Naturally Decaffeinated, with Natural Lemon flavor.

It is just so perfect in taste. I know that sounds ridiculous considering how literal "natural flavor" it really has, but it just goes down so well and so fast! I can't hold on to it--I can drink a half gallon a day of it!!

1. My advice to you, hyphenate:

Go on a water diet for two days. Then, slowly start with 100% freshly squeezed fruit juices.

After a few days, move on to fresh vegetables and cooked whole grains.

Finally, don't ever purchase a fucking powder or anything called "mix" again, as long as you live.
