....get a knock on my door which I'm sitting less than 4 feet from...before I can get to it..it's being unlocked by the maintanence man of the apartment complex...I holler at them to wait a minute and let them in...seems there is a leak in the downstairs apartment....YET AGAIN...this is the 4th time in 3 years this has happened...each time they determined it wasn't coming from up here...eventhough it MUST BE....they tore out the walls downstairs when the guy that'd lived there for years moved out....two other people have lived in that apartment since and it's just now started to show leakage again!!!! These idiots come in here this morning to say....oh it's gotta be coming from the spigot in the tub....I try to explain that this has happened 4 TIMES BEFORE...if the fuckin' leak was coming from the tub then it would have been FLOODING down there by now.....and went on to explain that there is an overflow pipe from the A/C that runs through the wall...it's leaked real slow most of the time but had literally RAINED in here the last time it had to be redone...but that was most likely the case this time because just look at this panel here where there is another stain that's formed because of this same old leakin' ass airconditioner unit....BUT DO THEY LISTEN TO ONE GODDAMN THING I SAY.....HELL NO!!!

I've lived in this shit hole for 7 years and have gone round and round with 5 different owners that have bought this place and countless maintenance men and called in *professionals* about this A/C unit and leaking bullshit....but they just act like I'm infuckin'visible and a complete MORAN!!!! AAAAAARRRRGGGGG...GD MOFO WORTHLESS F'KTARDED IMBICILES WON'T LISTEN...IT'S ALWAYS THEIR 5 MINUTE OBSERVATION OF THE SITUATION OVER MY 24/7/365 FOR 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE......IT'S ENOUGH TO MAKE YA GO POSTAL!!! :grr: :mad: :evilfrown: :nuke:

I was home during the week one day, taking some personal time. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon, and I'm in my bedroom, and um.... well, taking some personal time, as I said... with just me and my little collection of adult paraphenalia. I have my bedroom door closed, because I don't allow my cats in my bedroom. I'm laying on the bed, and the door opens. First I think it's my black cat who has a knack for opening the door if it's not shut completely. But no, it was the exterminator for the apartment complex! I don't think I ever saw anyone shut a door so fast. Completely freaked me out, too. I could not BELIEVE someone would just open a door without knocking. Bet he doesn't anymore after that little episode!
