I'm listening to it right now. It's a song from "my day", the early-mid 1990's. The only non-hip-hop song I know of where there's talking in the verse, and regular music in the chorus. It's a great satire on coolness and popularity in high school, and how in order to become popular, kids do some pretty stupid things when they're young. It's an awesome song; I reccommend downloading it if you have Kazaa, Kazaalite, Grokster, Morpheus, etc. Listen to it. It kicks ass.
