This actually sounds like a good one and the other reviews that I have read have been overwhelmingy positive! I think I am going to see it tomorrow:P. It is called "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" and it stars Robert Downey Jr and Val Kilmer. There are spoilers though...

I also had a scan at some of the other reviews. He seems to be generally against screen violence, yet unsuprisingly has this to say on "The Passion of the Christ":

"Each blow to the face, lash with the whip and nail through his flesh is simultaneously repellent and indisputable testimony of divine love."
