32. At least you have Thanksgiving end of the year
I won't have vacation till Christmas. Haven't decided yet if I take the days between Christmas and New Year off or if I work. And the 1st is a Sunday. How wonderful :eyes:

and Christmas day off, but it's right back to work the next day...and right after Christmas begins the after-christmas sales. Those are like a full fledged riot in progress! :scared:

10. I'm actually beginning to feel a bit better, thanks to a second Percocet
And some more Phish Food (actually I think it's more the Percocet than the Phish Food, though they do say chocolate has some endorphin boosting qualities). Still, cranking up the heating pad and putting it on my back when I get home will be of great assistance.

So how is life in furniture world? What's the average price for a twin bedroom set nowadays anyway?

13. Hmmm...
Depends on what you're wanting...Metal or Wood?

16. Wood, definitely
Metal looks cheesy and ends up squeaking after a while. I don't need high end stuff, but I don't want the type that falls apart after the drawers are opened and shut a few times either. I've just had the same junk for ages (my current set is about 20 years old) and I'll be looking for a new set soon. I'll also be shopping for a new desk and book case as well, though later.

21. I prefer a solid headboard
Like a "sleigh bed", for example. Natural wood colors or a wood-tone stain; no colors (like black/white/blue,etc.).

22. Ok...
Where I work, we only have three that would fit that bill. Two of them are headboard only. We also have a padded headboard bed that is spectacular! The headboards are $299 for a Queen (or so), the padded bed is expensive ($1,499). If you want a chest-o-drawers, two bedside tables and a lingerie chest, you're looking at $399 each for the bedside table and lingerie chest and $499 for the chest of drawers.

33. I hear ya THERE!
Good for you! I have a 1996 Mazda Miata Convertible. It's almost 10 years old now and I've been wanting a new car. I've looked a couple, but I just can't make myself be in car payments again! I'd like to have a Toyota Prius, or a Chevrolet Malibu, or a Saturn Ion, or a Mazda 3, or a Nissan Altima. But I haven't had to make a car payment for so long that the thought sends shivers up my spine. :scared:
