Sunday night supper thread

I boiled a pound of shrimp (free at Central Market) yesterday, tossed a salad, the brocolli is cut up in the steamer, and I have talapia filets ready to flash cook.

Just waiting for my daughter and her friend to get home to finish it up.

1. I made homemade roast beef hash and scrambled eggs.

Before supper, we snacked on carrots, broccoli florets, and peas in the pod, all with parmesan pesto ranch dip.

2. yummy! Since it turned cool today, I am ready to make stews

and soups and goulash and chili

and all those good hearty cool weather foods.

3. I put a big roast in the slow cooker this morning with just some onions

and spuds and carrots; it's falling-apart tender and soooo good...

5. I'm taking vicodin for a broken bone

and it's screwing with my appetite. I may not eat.

7. Flagyl for a c-diff infection...

and in 2 hrs followed by a yoplait yogurt smoothie. YUM!
