13. Well I have known this guy for almost a year ...

He is actually a great guy ... I can't help but smile everytime he comes around and its so hard because we are co-workers - so we have to keep affection down to a minimum and in secret . But this is tearing us up . He is always the one who makes PDAs - I don't even know what to type because its one of those things where there is something there and neither one of us can let go . Its either we take it to the next level or we leave each other alone thing . Ever had someone who you had ESP with - thats how it is with us . Everyone around us can sense that there is something , I am just trying to figure out what that something is . Sparks - fireworks , wow thing . Not even a physical thing , something where I feel I can let my guard down and him the same . This is so hard . I hate romancing in secret and both of us are scaredy cats and its sucks . Hope all of this made sense . I just miss him and I am scared of losing whatever it is , thats all .

You're going to have to set some boundaries about this and tell him that he has to abide by them.

You need to inform him of your concerns and he has to respect those concerns. If he's mature and caring enough and also respects your wishes, he'll abide by the.

Second, you need to establish a location where you do feel comfortable receiving his touch. In this place, you can give your all. Make a promise to yourself and him, that if he follows the rules about no PDA at work, you'll be able to give your all to him.

Third, about the bad date. It's clearly obvious that you two really care about each other. So no harm, no foul. Just forgive and forget.
