2. Hmmm...

Interesting question. My favorite animal is the cat. Perhaps the metaphor lies in the fact that I can't have a cat right now...haven't been able to for years due to apartment living and a poor college student's budget.
My life is the cat I can't have! :)
(although I don't really have it that bad. I have a good marriage, my health, a car that runs)

Well, I'm no tree expert so my knowledge of the different types of trees is limited. I guess I would have to go with a Redwood. They are so big and beautiful. Plus, they are very old so I always imagined that they were very wise trees. :)

It is interesting being married to a math/computer science nerd. All of the books on this amazon.com wish list are programming and math books. He gets so excited whenever he gets a new one! It's just pure unadulterated joy at the prospect of reading another technical book.
