I can barely understand what he is saying about Network for admiring his face, his eyes, his mouth etc.. Any plastic surgery?

1. He may have had a nip and tuck...
He is easy on the eyes, but he really doesn't do all that much for me. I'm a Pierce Brosnan kind of girl...

I just want to see his new work. Good Night and Good Luck...Network...

I just love the guy!

15. Both
have backgrounds many of us can identify with.

Brosnan is certainly beautiful, but I like them a little burly like Clooney.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a slut. Just very particular about the "whole man" and there aren't many left.

BTW, is it me? or - Are our people better looking than theirs?

51. This coming from a straight guy here, but I caught Clooney
when he was on that show "Sisters" some years back; I asked myself "Why isn't this guy a huge star? He's incredible-looking!" Just a few years later, he turned up on "ER", and the rest is history. I hadn't realized at the time how many failed shows he'd been in before that.

Remember, I'm a straight guy. B-)

I think it is great. His father was a news anchor I heard and he was saying in interview that he didn't want to wake up at age 70, not having done what he really wanted to do.

37. I was an extra in "O'Brother, Where art thou" and stood next to Clooney
during the scene where he sees his daughters singing at the political rally. He really is gorgeous, charismatic, friendly and funny. He started every take of that scene standing about a foot behind me and brushed past me every time.

During one of the breaks he said "Damn! Where is my ass scratcher?" Someone next to him said "What?" and he responded "My ass-scratcher. Everyone in Hollywood has an ass-scratcher. Ya know who the highest paid man in Hollywood is?" Duh, "No"..."Roseanne Barr's ass-scratcher".

He was adorable, never refused an autograph or a request for a picture, and tossed a football around with some of the extras during a break.

George Clooney is Grade A Number 1 in my book!

45. Excellent & True Clooney story:
My pas Sue in Chicago was a HUGE Clooney nut. She was a mousey type but everyone knew she was insane about him.

Oncw when he was filming ER exerior shots in Chgo she took the day off work to essentially stalk the location. He took a photo with her that was to die for--both laughing, his arm around her--like a great date shot.

Sooz made Christmas carrds @ Walgeens from that phoo , adding text that said "Happy Holidays from Sue & George" and blew our minds.

52. I've seen him in person twice...
once when is was playing basketball during their lunch break (when he was on ER)at the studio. I was there because we placed people (in the accounting dept. - how boring)who graduated from the school where I was working at the time. We (there were three of us) just drooled watching him. Then, I saw him again at the Golden Globe awards where a friend of mine got us in to the after parties. We were in the foyer outside the rooms where all of the festivities were and he was literally a few feet from me. To this day I've NEVER seen a better look, more charismatic human being (man or woman). It's true. He really is even better looking in person.

59. Uh, he's my other husband. Back off!

I tease DH that if he's mean to me, I'm going to George's house. I'll even do his laundry :loveya:. DH would like it if George would visit to discuss politics with me a bit more often :eyes:. In the meantime, I haven't told DH yet, but I have a new crush. That's right, it's Patrick Dempsey, "Dr. McDreamy".

I hope George will forgive me. I still love him.

Julie

p.s. Okay, one more Gorgeous George story: Before "Ocean's 11" was made, he wanted Julia Roberts in his movie. Her fee, however, is $20 million per movie. George supposedly sent her a note with a $20 bill attached that read, "This should cover your fee. How about it?"

LOOOOOVE him.
