Unless they have forgotten who the characters are, I think CJ would have resigned if she had done the leaking.

The culprit? I think it was Toby's brother.

There was a rather fraught scene with Josh. He muttered something about making some calls, but they left that one open.

I don't know what Will (Joshua Malina's character) is doing now -- though in the "flashforward" to Bartlet's library, he was greeted as a Congressman by the others.

First, Bob did come up with some useful information (about that foreign submarine). Second, he was earnest about his job and really did work at it, to the best of his ability. And third, he didn't freak out when he saw the wording of the speech, with all the insults about him, that Toby and Co. accidentally put on the Teleprompter for the boss's intro (and which Bartlet managed to re-word on the fly).

9. Just a feeling I got

when he and CJ had the conversation about whether or not his brother ever said anything about a secret shuttle. It probably is unlikely that it's someone who is very visible on the show. Can't wait to find out.

I'd like to see more of what's going on with Charlie and Zoey, too. :)

10. It's really hard to tell,

but it does seem like they are trying to get viewers to hate Toby; maybe so they can axe him w/out ratings falling.
