9. I'd like to have a husband who cooked ANYTHING! But he does...
do the food shopping, which is great!

I'll have one with some vanilla pudding (not homemade, sadly). I love pumpkin raisin, too -- one of my favorites!

11. Hubby cooks AND shops!
I am one lucky girl! He does most of the shopping (he's a coupon freak to boot), and cooks fabulous meals and desserts, including creme brulee, my fav. However, I am the barbeque queen -- I can grill a mean steak, and I hate steak!

B-)

13. Where is the JEALOUS green smiley? That's the one I need!
Enjoy him with all of his faults (cooking and shopping aren't faults).

16. HERE'S THE RECIPE
It is hubby's great-grandmother's recipe.

1-1/4 cups Brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs well beaten
1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp giner
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together until blended.

Then add:
2-1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder

Mix, then add:

1 cup raisins.

Drop by teaspoon-fulls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Place on cooling rack.

Enjoy, ya'll!!

23. That I am!
The downside, though, is that if I don't totally love something he makes, he kind of takes it personally. He's learned, though, that it isn't personal -- I'm an extremely picky eater, though he has taught me to like many foods I used to turn my nose up at!
