Okay, so I am buzzed

A woman that has worked for the company for 14 years was let go today. We knew it was coming, but it is still hard to see one of the crew go. The local group tried to keep her, but they moved all of her work down to Houston, and now look what they have to deal with.

They took the front office out for dinner and fed us drinks. I just got back a bit ago and I think I had a fews too many free ones. Either way, it sucks to see them let people go that you have worked with for over a decade, but she seems to have taken it well.

When anything is going okay, it might just change for a second and then it goes away.

It was hard to see them all go down.....
