Why was Chimpy waving at cameras during the morning visit?

Was that appropriate? Shouldn't he have been a tad more, oh...I don't know...somber, maybe?

I watched his "press conference" and his laughing and smirking was a bit unsettling.

2. At least I wasn't the only one...
my husband turned to me and said, "he should not be smiling like that."

It seemed odd. Then as he was walking with some survivors, he was also waving to photographers--like it was a photo op. Not cool.
