Anyone here with Cervical spondylosis?

what are you doing for it? How do you cope with the pain and weakness?

1. 78 yr old relative had it - then had 2 surgeries last year - now fine.

She had that plus several other things wrong with her spine - including scoliosis and herniated discs. Had about 30-40 hrs of surgery (Northwestern Memorial)now she is fine - walking 7-8 blocks per day - perfectly erect where before she was so hunched over her navel was between her breasts.

I looked to see if surgery would help, but no it is inoperable.
