Are You Following the Strict Religious Group heading to
South Carolina to start their own state?

Its kind of interesting. They are all going to live in the same place. There will be no public schools. And if the Federal Govt gets out of hand they can secede (sp) from the Union. I think its the taxes they don't like. So I guess they can't use the roads or the street lights or anything like that.

They can all practice freedom of religion (as tho they can't now).

1. THey can do whatever the hell they want to religiously...
But if they think that this will make them immune the US legal system, constitution and federal tax code, then they need to google "Gordon Kahl".

3. Zoning laws will prevent too many of then from living on one property.
They finally got rid of the batshit crazy Nuwabians down in Putnam County, GA after the leader was tried, convicted and jailed for sexually abusing the children of his follwers. Why oh why do they have to come to SC. Why can't they go to Utah and live with the polygamists or maybe Alaska?

4. I don't think its Commune Style
I think they all plan to own their own places. And raise their families correctly.

This isn't like the group in Southern Utah. They are fanatics over there and all live in the same compound and marry many wives and on and on and on.

7. Heh
"And raise their families correctly."

I don't think so!!!!! A bit of sarcasm, with some quote marks around the word "correctly" might make that more accurate. ;)
