They're (contraction for "They are") - Example: They're going to dinner now. Their (possessive pronoun) - Example: Their dog just died. There (adverb) - Example: There used to be cheap gas in America. There (noun) - Example: Will you put that thing over there?
You're (contraction for "You are") - Example: You're going to finish your dinner. Your (possessive pronoun) - Example: Your dog just died.
It's (contraction for "It is") - Example: It's a shame people don't know how to use grammar properly. ;) Its (possessive pronoun) - Example: The color of its eyes is green.
to - a preposition (example: we're going to the movies)
too - used instead of the word "also" and used to indicate excess (examples: I'm going to the movies too; I'd go to the movies but it costs too much)
two - one more than one (example: You two are going to the movies)
And for the record, when indicating regret about something the phrase is "I should have" not "I should of" (and the same goes for "could have" instead of "could of")

After all, you're not correcting anybody in particular--you're just throwin' it out there.
I've only ever corrected one poster's grammar. It was so atrocious combined with being EXTREMELY pompous I had to tear him a new one. I occasionally feel a little remorse--he doesn't post here anymore
