I'll play the blues for you

This evening from 9:00-midnight Eastern Time, that is. I'm filling in on the SATURDAY NIGHT BLUES BUS on WHUS, 91.7-FM, from the University of Connecticut. If you so desire, you can log onto the air signal here:

4. How about a Jimmy Reed tune or two?
And what would a full moon be without Howlin' Wolf? (Props to Hubert Sumlin.)

Have a good show, brotherman. Use a ribbon mic if at all possible.

5. I didn't even know UConn had a blues show

I used to listen to (the late) Mai Kramer on WGBH ("we got blues here") out of Boston all the time when I lived in NH.

D.C. area radio staions stink, BTW.

10. I've been with WHUS since 1992...

...and I worked in commercial radio in Connecticut from 1989-95. Stations like WRCH, WIOF, and Putnam's WINY.
