This is driving me crazy!!

Who can help by telling me the name and affiliation of the reporter who has the loud, distinctive voice we hear at the White House press briefings?!?!

His questions are seemingly almost always very obvious and silly, as though he's playing a character from Saturday Night Live! LOL
