Played "Beachball" Dodgeball today

and I'm tired!

The health club has a dodgeball tournament, 2-person teams, 3 small beachballs, in the large studio. 2 5-min halves, change sides at the half and play on! (no break) Most points wins; gain points by catching your opponent's throw or hitting your opponent on a direct throw (no bounces). The small beachballs go every which way except where you want. A little sweat makes them hard to hold and harder to throw. The running around with the stops and starts is like running windsprints; my shirt was soaked. The game was much fun, but hard work! We lost by 4 points. :( Then I had my personal trainer appt. about 40 mins later for 30 minutes of abs and legs.

Any questions about my sanity, or lack of, have been answered. :crazy:

yellow shirt, dark shorts. Should've worn the bandanna to look more intimidating. My face like :mad: to scare them.
