If you plan on using a spray gun. I have wood trim on a stucco house. Did it myself with a friend but we didn't have all the old paint off the wood trim well enough and the minute the spray gun hit it, the remaining paint that wasn't scraped off and sanded down well enough began peeling up.
The downside was I ended up doing the two huge panels of trim on the front of the house by hand with a brush and roller. The upside is I got such a good coat of primer and paint on it, it will last for 15 years. It is gloss too...so a little dirt gets on it and I just shoot it with the pressure hose.
Also, if you are using primer through a spray gun, and the house hasn't been painted in a while, be prepared to use twice as much primer as paint. The old dry house will just suck up the primer.
And don't forget a face mask...that shit will make you sneeze in technicolor for a week even with a mask. :hi:
BTW: I am not familiar with the BRAND of primer you are using but I used a MOLD resistant primer..can't recall the brand name.
