kinds of crazy stuff for the breading. I did actually use club crackers for breading for Chicken Parmesan b/c that is what the recipe called for. I am used to flour for breading, though!

76. There are a couple of things, but I am sketchy about it.
One item is a "no stick peanut butter sandwich". It is mayo and peanut butter. The mayo is supposed to keep the PB from sticking!! YUCK!! And Roast Possum!!!

.... but I smoked a couple with oak and mesquite this weekend and damn damn DAYUM they were good.

One was soaked in brine, the other had the 2/3s full beer can shove up it.

They were both excellent! Low fat too!!!!!

So you can keep your saltines and your corn flakes:)

I would say this fried chicken flame war has gotten out of hand. While it started in fun, some posts became personal attacks and others were inappropriate. Thanks for your understanding.
