This is the weirdest bug ever.

The only site I can access this morning is DU. Every other site gives me a 404.

3. Most likely DNS server problem

DU, being your favorite place on the internet, was cached (its
IP address), while other places are not. Try "pinging" your DNS
servers and see if they are accessible. To prevent this problem
later, get a list of DNS from different ISPs (like 4 or 5) and
enter them all as alternates.
