Help me! Fuzzy Slippers and Jara Sang are picking on me! I cannot
help it if I have relatives who say 'taters and 'maters and say 'cain't when they mean cannot. :D Am I the only one here with some true Appalachian in them?

8. I'm doing really well. I'm on vacation starting tomorrow and
I'm looking forward to that. I was just in NYC this past weekend at at DU gathering and that was WAY COOL! I'm looking forward to some future gatherings, too - maybe one that will include you! :loveya: back, snookums. Take care.

but neither of my parents could say "Seattle".. they kept saying "Sea-attle". Or perhaps I have been wrong all these years and that is how natives pronounce it...

16. A distant cousin of mine would be Jack McCall
Jack being a scumbag earned his name in the history books by being the man who walked up behind Wild Bill Hickock while he was playing poker and then shot Wild Bill in the back of the head killing him.
Luckily for me my mothers side of the family earned their places in the history books a little more legally.

13. Yes, it is quite sad. Oh and I failed to mention that in my family, the
plural of "you" is "youse" - it's kinda like rubbing sandpaper on cement, if you know what I mean :D
