What an absolute, total, pain in the ass!!!
At the beginning of the process is a form with the rather simple request: fill in transaction ID. For a first time user, finding the transaction ID is enough of a bitch (perhaps 'tedious' is a better description), but at least I found it. What amazed me, however, is the form is FONT SENSITIVE! That is, if I do a simple copy/paste of the lengthy ID directly from the PayPal site, it defaults to Times New Roman, while the form itself only accepts Arial (this is especially amusing since I just did a thread on fonts - and these two were major issues). So, the only way to "continue" without getting an error message ("Transaction ID not valid!!!") you have to manually type in the ID - 17 alpha-numerical characters long. Okay, so I figured it out. But, you just know there are thousands of people who hit that brick wall and simply give up, never thinking to tweak the form.
Is this intentional??? (picks nose whilst dragging knuckles)
