Power Point question, for anyone who can help!
I am trying to print off a 13 slide Power Point presentation (I HATE Power Point, but we're required to use it for this project) and I cannot figure out how to make it print off with that space for notes to the right of every slide, with three slides per page.

Does anyone know how to do that? I've checked every frigging little button in this program that could possibly be it, and read the help topics, etc. It's driving me buggy.

Thanks!

After you've chosen print, choose "handouts" I think it is, three slides per page.

edited to add: under "Print What" and then there's a dropdown box and radio buttons to the right that let you pick three.

5. It's in the Print dialogue box.
There's a drop down selection called Print What.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010348091033.aspx

or this:

Change the handout master

Changes you make to the handout master (master: A slide view or page on which you define formatting for all slides or pages in your presentation. Each presentation has a master for each key component: slides, title slides, speaker's notes, and audience handouts.) might include repositioning, resizing, or formatting the header and footer placeholders (placeholders: Boxes with dotted or hatch-marked borders that are part of most slide layouts. These boxes hold title and body text or objects such as charts, tables, and pictures.). Any changes you make to the handout master also appear when you print your outline.

On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Handout Master.
To see slide positioning using different layouts, click the various layout buttons on the Handout Master View toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.).
Make your changes.

On the Handout Master View toolbar, click Close Master View.
Tip

To see how your handouts will look when they print, on the Standard toolbar, click Print Preview . Click the arrow in the Print What list, and then click Handouts for the number of slides you want per page.
