Ponderous man, really ponderous...
I had this dream the other night
I went to work, but nobody remembered who I was, so
I decided to take the day off

On my way out, I ran into my boss
He said, Hey, you look familiar.
I said Thanks, people say that alot in these dreams

And then the horns kicked in
And my shoes started to squeak

Then all of the sudden, I find myself on some faraway tropical beach
And there's this sign there that says
Aren't you supposed to be at work?
Sort of screamed out at me
Then I remembered. I'd been here before in other dreams.
Usually there was a water polo game
And a girl who could talk with her eyes.
And she'd say, "Can you see what I'm saying?"

And then the horns kicked in
And my shoes started to squeak

Then I find myself walking near this lake
And the phone rings
And the operator speaks to me in a language I don't understand

Ooom poppa chikamaga wana sing gow
Do lomma sinnigama mana ching jow
Inimana choogamaga wana sing gee
Finimana foonimana one is now free

Then the horns kicked in
And my shoes started to squeak

Now we're coming up on this really wierd part of my dream
You know, the part where I know how to tapdance
But I can only do it while wearing golf shoes
Then I'm walking again with the girl who can talk with her eyes
This time she says, "I think you see what I'm saying"
Then just before I woke up, it started to rain in southern california
Ooom poppa chikamaga wana sing gow
Do lomma sinnigama mana ching jow
Inimana choogamaga wana sing gee
Finimana foonimana one is now free

Aren't you supposed to be at work?
The girl who could talk with her eyes.
"Can you see what I'm saying?"
This is ponderous man, really ponderous.

-2 Nu, Ponderous.

Someone tell me which one, its pacino or deniro or someone, does anyone remember?

No, wait, its an out-take tape from some famous celebrity berating a producer or director, thats right, I remembered, its Casey Casem.

For a little while I thought this was a Don Was song, the one about working on the moon, worse pay, better benefits.

3. You're thinking of U2, by Negativeland
Where they use a bunch of out-takes of Casye Casem using a string of obscenities that would make your crazy uncle from the navy pround.

It's a wonderful piece, and I think I'll have to go home and listen to it now.
