That is, if he's found guilty. I started out on the fence, but based on everything I've heard out of the trial, I've come to the conclusion that he most likely is guilty, and hopefully they send him up the river for a long time. Is that wrong?

1. Then there's two of us....
that are wrong. His conduct with children, even if not criminal, is fundamentally wrong in my book.

2. In my opinion I am going to say no
Now if added into your statement that you hope they put him in general population I would say yes. Because both you and me know he wouldn't last 5 minutes in general population. I really don't see how they are going to be able to send him to jail unless they keep him in solitary 24/7

4. They'd have to make all sorts of special provisions for him

or he wouldn't last a day. He keeps showing up at the local hospital near Neverland with a variety of complaints, so I'm thinking he'd end up spending considerable time in the infirmary.

I can't help but think that the whole issue of jail has to be in the back of the jurors' minds and will play a role in the verdict.

3. I don't think he's guilty. He's stoopid. He thinks acting like a curious
teen when he's a blinding white no nosed 40 year old man is o.k. just because he didn't have a childhood.

I understand his childish wants but a man has gotta grow up. Too bad his 'handlers' didn't care for him enough to tell him to quit risking everything by trying to be peter fuckin pan.

When people know you are vulnerable they will take advantage.

It's not like it is the first time he's been accused. So that made him a target. How can any mom KNOWINGLY take her son to a mans home when been accused of molestation unless they are trying to set him up?

I don't get it:

5. Would you let your 12 year old son sleep in his bed with him?
That's kind of a litmus test.

11. That is what I'm saying. What mother would let her son within 20
miles of Michael unless she's trying to shake him down.

get it?

She knew of previous molestation claims and still took her son over there.

Something about that isn't right.

14. Yeah,
My lack of cable has mercifully allowed me to ignore most of this crap. He should be locked up because I'm sick of even hearing the tiniest bit about this circus. :hi:

10. He needs mental help
Edited on Mon Jun-06-05 06:49 PM by eleonora
but I don't think he's guilty at all. Imagine being him, you can't trust anybody. That's what made him crazy to start with...he only trusts kids...not anymore!

12. Absolutely not.
With a small addendum of serious psychological help. In this, I think that he should be treated in the same manner as everybody else.

He clearly has some 'issues' floating around, these could be real psychological problems - if so he needs to be treated.

I've got no opinion on whether he's guilty or not - it's difficult enough for the jury to decide and they've got the evidence in front of them. But if he is found guilty, then he deserves the full force of the law.
