We're the poster child for suburban sprawl in the state of Alabama. Few sidewalks, no crosswalks, no public transportation. It's impossible to get ANYWHERE without fighting crushing traffic. When they find one, they have some utility company come out & dig some holes in it. They then do a really shitty patch job & wallah! Instant crappy road. After a few freeze / thaw cycles, the potholes look like they have always been there.
