I only date women who like The Stooges.
You can probably see why I'm single.
Its a damn shame their aren't many Ladies out there who savor the low-grade humor of the great American comic team of Moe, Larry & Curley.
Its just a shame!

1. A wise choice indeed. A woman must at least have the spirit of Iggy.

3. IIRC a certain female DUer in Seattle loves the Stooges.
But she's exceptionally cool in any case, and hardly typical.

8. Never Has There Been A Woman Who Likes The Stooges.
Never.

It is a man thing with the Knuckleheads. The only time a woman would say she likes the boys is when she wants something from a guy.

The 3 Stooges are the true spirit of man.

Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.

Moe, Larry cheese. Moe, Larry cheese.

10. Hmmm...very interesting, maveric...
You tell us that you'll only date women who like the Stooges; and yet, your marriage to a woman who liked them broke up?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? Sounds counterproductive to me!

DVD. He likes it. I can tolerate it. But either way...if it makes him laugh...it makes me laugh. As long as we are happy enjoying what we love? It's MUCH easier to love each other. :bounce:

I'm a woman who was used to run home from school in order to watch Dark Shadows and The Three Stooges.

The Stooges used to come on about 3 pm on "The Bungles the Clown" Show.

I loved them then, and I love them now.

They are the funniest men on the face of the Earth.

14. I always thought so. Growing up in Boston durnig the late 50's-early 60's
the Stooges were aired four times a day. I'd watch them in the morning before school, when we assembled in the cafeteria before home room the school staff had a TV and we all watched them. Afetr school, around 4:00 PM, and around 7:00, after dinner.
My parents had 3 sons aged very close to one another.
Picture that!

17. Did your 3 brothers act out the moves?
We did and the Stooges were banned in our house for a while.
Well, I grew up in a large Baby-boomer neighborhood and my tons of friends always had them on in their houses.

27. They were banned in my house as well.
Especially when the note came home from school...!
It didn't stop my brother and I from acting out, however.

16. I Love Dark Shadows
and I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Both are wonderful and hokey. One is classic so my friends haven't bothered. Buffy is so new I didn't catch it before it ended and was in syndication. Call me strange, but I am a fanatic fan of both.
