10. I like tofu that's prepared.. grilled, sauteed, with herbs, spices, sauces
etc. It's VERY good, very healthy, cheap and excellent nutrition.

Beats a chemical laden fat and pus filled fast food faux beef patty any day.

And I don't like chalk..the reason I know that is because when you eat a certain variety of not yet ripe persimmon..it taste like chalk:)

Tofu is bland but can take on any flavor you so desire to marry it with.
