House MD anyone? I love that show!

I love the combination of medicine, the cyles of hypothesis testing/rejection, and the personality of the lead character.

1. love it, don't get to see it enough.

mrs. unblock can be funny about hospital ick sometimes....

odd, because there's less ick on that show than, say, e.r., which she used to swear by until it jumped the shark.

2. The actor is Hugh Laurie,

and he is terriffic!
I like it better than the CSI franchise (though I enjoy the forencsic science aspect of CSI). In spite of just plain hating people, House must save them! And it was fun to watch his fight with the "wealthy benefactor" who represented medicine for profit.

5. I love that show too.

The Dr. House character is great. I love his cranky, smart aleck attitude. I also like how the show focuses more on just one or two patients and the problem solving process the doctors use, unlike ER which was kind of all over the place with several different plots (more like a soap) and there wasn't much insight into the way doctor's solve problems. I think that's something that's really unique and interesting about the show.
