I had a neighbor who dropped her phone in her pool. She let it dry out w/ the battery removed for a few days and it works fine. I highly doubt this is always the story but it wouldnt hurt to try it. Save you a few hundred :)

Very few people actually NEED a cell phone in this world, it has become more of a status symbol sort of thing. It is also the new rude in our society, talking on your phone at inappropriate times, at inappropriate places.

Besides, do you really want to get that brain tumor? Or have your every move tracked? Get a cell phone and you get both.

Ditch the phone, and consider it a blessing.

18. Mine took a bath in a T-storm at Universal Studios and I went

in to Cingular with complaining it stoppped working. One look and the "looks like it got wet" sprung from the saleswoman's mouth. She had used phones available to buy at the store. Got one for cheap.
